A newborn’s sharp cries rent the air and herald a new beginning. When the little champ Shrihaan came into this world, Shweta and Shrami’s world became more beautiful. The transition from two to three is an exhilarating as well as a very touching moment. One look at the tiny toddler Shrihaan is enough to melt your heart. Shrihaan was born on 28th February, 2014 and his mother saw his photo on a phone first, before she met this tiny tot in person. The moment she laid eyes on Shrihaan, cannot be expressed in words. She was teary-eyed and overwhelmed by motherly love for her darling child. Shrihaan is an amazing child and has earned a lot of admirers through his charming smile. Shweta recalls how Shrihaan lets out deep chuckles when he watches a Youtube video. At about 5-6 months, little Shrihaan spoke his first word – ‘Mumma’; this was a really touching moment for the couple. Shrihaan is not cranky like other children and keeps himself busy with something or the other. He is very attached to his ‘Daadu’ and loves to play with him. When he sleeps beside Shweta, he always goes to sleep in an embracing position. (He surely loves his mom a lot ) He is really good at mimicry and can even mimic himself. All you have to do is ask – ‘how does Shri cry?’; and lo behold! the great mimicry artist Shrihaan! He is a very quick learner and has also started counting.
Your eyes twinkle whenever you smile,
it makes my heart leap a thousand mile.
My life, my soul, my world you are,
the apple of my eye, the brightest star.
When Shrihaan was about to be a year old, his parents started contemplating on his first birthday celebration. It was a special occasion in their lives and they strived to get the best of everything for making this event a memorable affair.
After much deliberation, they decided to celebrate Shrihaan’s 1st birthday at Vista Park, Gurgaon, Sector 29, which turned out to be an excellent venue for a birthday party. The decorations and the arrangements were splendid. The venue was quite cozy and comfortable.
After searching online for a while, the couple rounded up on God’s Gift Photography, which turned out to be a great choice. The beautiful shots from the event are worth a look.
Shopping, as usual wasn’t hassle-free. Shweta’s father-in-law is retired; so she left Shrihaan with his daadu and went to shop for the occasion. The couple wanted their son to look different, unlike the sherwani-clad kids on their 1st birthdays. But, even after moving around a lot, they couldn’t find anything suitable. So, finally Shweta settled on a dress that her sister had brought from UK. (Wonderful choice!) The little munchkin looked so adorable.
The delectable cake was ordered from Slice Of Italy. Not only did the cake looked beautiful, but it was also very delicious.
