Childhood is the most cherished period of our lives; time and again we get nostalgic and wish to return to those carefree days…days when we could sleep and play to our heart’s content. With so much attention from mommy and daddy, we felt no less than a star. Likewise, a bright star illuminated the world of Shilpi and Zoya. Little Zoya came into this world on 27th March, 2011 and made Amit and Shilpi’s world more beautiful. A child couldn’t be more happier while being born. Zoya’s enchanting smile was so heart-warming and cheerful. What the couple felt in that moment when they held their child in their arms, is simply beyond words. Little Zoya enthralled everyone with her playful antics and gradually spoke her first word – “Papa” (She is ‘Papa ki pari‘, after all ) ; this is a moment that every parent cherishes forever – the sweet as honey and sometimes quite unintelligible speech of a child is so soothing to the ears.
Shilpi is full of pride when she speaks of her little munchkin Zoya, who is a quick learner, a great mimic artist and a passionate dancer. Her dancing skills need special mention as she is a self-trained dancer- a full package of fun and entertainment. Shilpi recalls this particular incident when the ‘Hookah Bar‘ and the ‘Hawan karenge‘ song was playing on TV; and her darling Zoya got up and copied the moves of both these songs! ( I must say, Zoya is a highly-talented child and this was just a glimpse of her abundant talent. 😉 ) But, beware of her anger! Once little Zoya got really angry and threw the phone; which is certainly a rare occurrence. She turned 5 this year. Zoya is a well-behaved, quite caring and a diligent student. She goes to Mother’s Pride- Presidium for her schooling and by now has even earned the title of a ‘fabulous friend’.
Your dance moves, your delightful smile,
Even your anger is worth its while,
For you are our darling, our sole love,
Chirpy as a nightingale, pretty as a dove.
Amit and Shilpi wanted to make their lovely daughter’s 1st birthday, a special affair…and special occasions require special planning. To run an event smoothly and successfully, a lot of effort and planning is necessary.
Zeroing on a venue was no tough job. Shilpi and Amit resided in Amrapalli Greens, so they decided to host Zoya’s 1st birthday party in the Amrapalli Greens Clubhouse, which was not only spacious, but also very comfortable.
The finger-licking Barbie cake was from ‘Otik Cake Shop’, Noida. It was as delicious, as it was beautiful.
Over all, the birthday party was a huge success. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Most importantly, Zoya had a good time. It’s been 5 years now but the celebrations for the family would never cease….for Zoya is a blessing and the most precious gift ever.
I wish you all the love and luck and all the happiness that your little heart desires! Dance your way into everyone’s hearts! Lots of love! :* :*
